Although it’s only nine hectares in size with the highest elevation of 34m, Inchcolm Island is truly a jewel of the Forth. Regular trips on the Maid of the Forth leave Hawes Pier at South Queensferry.  After taking marvellous views of the three Forth bridges, visitors get a  chance to explore the beautiful island – and there’s no shortage of things to explore.
