St Andrews’ Adamson Restaurant and Bar is bringing apres ski to South Street, minus the ski!
Who needs to get cold in the snow or hurt going downhill when you can skip to the bar? Pop into the pop-up Adamson Ski Lodge in St Andrews this ski and festive season for the full apres ski experience.
The Adamson Ski Lodge takes over the former BURGER restaurant site on St Andrews’ South Street until January 6th. It serves seasonal hot cocktails, winter-warming fare and all manner of quirky entertainment!
The team from the award-winning Adamson restaurant and bar don’t have the mountains or the snow. They do have a Scandinavian ski bar with an alpine lodge feel to it right at the heart of St Andrews.
You can try an exclusively designed warming cocktail menu for the winter season alongside festive nibbles & hot dogs. Of course, the whole time you’ll be surrounded by fairy light, fur rugs & skis
Julie Lewis, Managing Director of The Adamson said:
“Our Ski Lodge pop-up will be decked out with all the luxuries of a Winter Lodge. There will be DJs and live music to keep everyone entertained at the weekends and we hope the venue will provide the perfect wintry escape for all the family this festive season in St Andrews”
Some of the Ski Lodge’s unique cocktails include the ‘Candy Crush’; Eden Mill Candy Cane Gin, Cointreau, Cinnamon, Lemon & egg white; a ‘Talisker Hot Toddy’ as well as a Veuve Clicquot Champagne Bar.
The Adamson Ski Lodge also offers a family-friendly kids menu complete with hot chocolate, milkshakes and festive treats. The Adamson Ski Lodge is open daily from 12 pm till late with a live DJ every Friday and Saturday night.
