Scotland’s Biggest Caravan Show Goes Virtual

The Scottish Caravan, Motorhome & Holiday Home Show, will be setting up an array of virtual stalls this year…

The Scottish Caravan, Motorhome & Holiday Home Show, sponsored by Wingamm UK in association with BC Motorhomes, will make its online debut from February 27 to February 28, 2021, with a weekend packed full of all the latest models, expert advice and everything you need for your next adventure.

The past 10 months have seen huge demand for holidays at home with a particular boom in caravans and motorhomes, as people look to discover what’s on their doorstep while international travel is limited.

Some of the UK’s top dealerships and touring holiday brands will take part in the virtual exhibition including caravan and campervan manufacturers and dealers and holiday park operators, helping attendees plan their 2021 breaks.

As with the usual physical show, attendees will have the chance to meet with dealers and chat about their requirements on their online stands.

There will also be a host of speakers from the industry’s leading organisations including the Camping and Caravanning Club, and the Caravan and Motorhome Club – a representative of camping will take part in exclusive webinars to give technical advice, tips and tricks and destination inspiration. There will also be a host of exclusive show offers and discounts.

Darren Brechin, Group Show Director of the Scottish Caravan, Motorhome & Holiday Home Show says, “Although 2020 was a challenging year for everyone, it encouraged us to appreciate more of what’s on our doorstep and that’s the whole ethos behind a caravan or motorhome vacation.

“Unfortunately, due to ongoing restrictions, we aren’t able to hold our usual event at the SEC but by going online we are able to offer new and previous visitors the chance to see the latest caravan and campervan models and help them plan their next trip.

“We hope to see all our usual friends visit us online and hopefully we’ll be able to welcome everyone back to the SEC in 2022.”
