Vinyasa Yoga Foundations | 5 Week Beginners Course

Discover yoga in a safe and joyful environment. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to revisit the basics of yoga, this course is perfect. You will be introduced to breathing techniques (pranayama), basic yoga poses (asana), sequencing and learn some relaxation techniques. These practices aim to better manage stress and improve breath, strength, flexibility and posture.
Pottery Wheel: Fundamentals – 5 Week Course (Beginners)

This class runs for five consecutive weeks on the same day/time. A 5-week introductory course to making pottery on the wheel within a group of six. Lessons are 2hrs long and all materials, tools, glaze and firing costs are included in the price.
